Pepco sought to help small businesses across Prince George’s and Montgomery counties reduce their energy costs while improving facility efficiency. Greenscape Energy partnered with Pepco to design and implement tailored energy solutions, such as weatherization, high-efficiency refrigeration, advanced lighting systems and HVAC upgrades. Our team managed assessments, engineering, procurement and installation, ensuring the seamless execution of all upgrades aligned with utility program requirements while coordinating across multiple active business environments. This work enabled small businesses to reduce energy consumption and operating costs while upgrading to more efficient equipment.
